Based on our experience with the surrounding local lakes we recommend using the navy style vinyl wall panels.

Typically how deep do you drive the wall panels into the river bed?

Depending on location and conditions a good average is 3-6 feet.

How do you drive the vinyl wall panels?

Waterfront Unlimited uses an excavator and "hammer" the panels in. Make sure your installer is not driving them by hand.

How do you secure your navy walls from failing under pressure?

Waterfront Unlimited install deadmen 10-12' back and use all galvanized rods to support your wall.

Why do you need a retaining wall?

It is highly recommended because a retaining wall is the first line of defense to protect your beautiful waterfront home from erosion and flooding.

What kind of boat lift do you use for a jet ski?

Waterfront Unlimited has several jet ski lift options including a wooden ramp with winch ando an automatic metal lift with roof.

What kind of lift do you use for a pontoon boat?

Typically customers prefer a custom cradle lift for a pontoon boat. This will also work for other boat models.

How do Waterfront Unlimited boat lifts withstand the floods?

Because Waterfront Unlimited drives everything to refusal with heavy equipment we have extremely durable lifts.

It is important to start at the foundation by driving the structure of the lift or retaining wall with steel pipe using heavy duty machinery. Waterfront Unlimited always suggests asking for references and photos of past projects.

Waterfront Unlimited does not offer dry dock services but does have a marina on Lake Placid in Seguin where you can store your boat on the water.

Waterfront Unlimited retaining walls are built to last. It is always good to inspect your retaining walls after a flood.
