Founded in 2007, Waterfront Unlimited was built around a simple principle: waterfront construction should be approached with care, discipline, and respect for long-term performance.
Waterfront Unlimited's team brings more than 60 years of combined construction experience to every project, including approximately 25 years of specialized waterfront and marine construction across Central Texas lakes. That depth — across general construction, land development, and lake-specific marine work — informs how we evaluate sites, plan construction sequencing, and select materials that perform over time.
Our structures are built using steel framing and concrete, chosen specifically for their durability and longevity in Central Texas waterfront conditions. We operate a marine barge for water-side construction access — allowing us to drive outer pilings to refusal and stage materials on properties where land-side equipment cannot reach. We are committed to environmentally responsible practices, including proper recycling of demolished materials and methods that minimize disruption to the surrounding shoreline and lake environment. We don't take shortcuts with materials, and we don't pursue projects where we can't do the work correctly.
Across the Central Texas lake system, our team understands that durability is achieved through proper planning, material selection, and disciplined execution. We work with property owners who value clear communication, realistic expectations, and results that hold up over time.

Waterfront Unlimited self-performs all structural, steel, and marine construction with our own crew. Property owners work directly with the project lead throughout the engagement — not through layers of management or rotating contacts. Our crew is on-site daily from start to completion, maintaining consistent progress on a defined schedule. We operate exclusively on Central Texas lakes, which means our equipment, our experience, and our attention are focused here — not divided across distant markets.
